Tips & Tricks: Yoga Poses to Get You Through the Game | Seahawks Fangirl

What’s up 12’s?! Time to drop and give me zen. This season has been quite stressful. Excluding the blowout win over the Colts, all contests so far have been one possession games. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, I thought this would be the perfect time to give my fellow 12’s some healthy ways to reduce stress and anxiety.

Yoga guru, Linette Menaskan, made her way over to Fangirl Sports Network to show me, Rams Fangirl Taylor, and 49ers Fangirl Tracy some yoga poses to get our minds, as well as our bodies, right. These poses are perfect for a timeout, halftime or when you just need to recenter yourself during the game.

The Seahawks are sitting pretty at the top of the NFC West standings right now and you know what they are probably saying? Namaste. Go Hawks!
