The Rams are really keeping us on our toes this season so far. I don’t know about all of you Mobsquad, but I am constantly stressed watching this team. With so much anxiety as we hope and pray for a successful season, I figured we could all use something to wind down and help us feel good. What better way to cure anxiety and stress than yoga?

Yogi Linette Menaskan came to Fangirl Sports Network to show me and our other NFC fangirls, 49ers Fangirl Tracy & Seahawks Fangirl Christina, some yoga moves that we can use at halftime to find our zen. I would highly recommend this practice for all Rams fans and for football fans in general. It can be a very tough and long season!
