Hi there Chiefs Kingdom!

Tailgating is one of my favorite things to do, so today, I am going to show you how to make one of my favorite things to eat while tailgating. Buffalo Chicken dip, the skinny version. I found this recipe online from Happy Healthy Mama. It tastes great and is so easy to make.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (canned chicken or from a cooked rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s)
  • 8 oz reduced-fat or fat-free softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz crumbled bleu cheese (about 1 cup)

Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Instructions
  1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Then, mix all the ingredients together in the bowl and stir.
  3. Next, transfer it into a baking dish and put it in the oven until it is hot and bubbly for about 20 minutes.
  4. I than transfer the dip into a crockpot so I can with take it with me to the tailgate. It will stay hot all day. You can dip it in celery, chips or crackers. I like to bring it all!
