Ok gang, we have spent close to 10 weeks together. So by now you should know that I am all about what is quick and easy, especially when it comes to being in the kitchen. Now it’s Holiday party season, so thanks to SimplyRecipes.com, I am going to show you how to make a delicious 4 min coffee mug brownie for a holiday dessert. So many times I have been to parties and seen so many pies go to waste! I have the solution with made to order brownies. I am going to show you how to be the star of the party!

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa (natural, unsweetened)
  • pinch of salt
  • tiny pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. In your coffee mug add in the dry components first: Starting with the the 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa (natural, unsweetened), Pinch of salt and a Tiny pinch of cinnamon all together and mix it.
  2. Then once all the dry ingredients are mixed add in the wet ingredients to the mixed dry ingredients: 1/4 cup water, 2 Tbsp vegetable oil ,1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  3. Mix all together till the lumps are out and the consistency is a nice smooth chocolate. Microwave and you’re done! I zapped mine for 1 min and 10 seconds. I don’t like my brownies over done. Add some whip cream and enjoy!
