Ok guys, I am going to be honest with you. You will not find me in the kitchen for hours cooking. I am all about what is quick, simple and healthy. I am obsessed with healthy living and anti-aging products. If I am not reading about sports, you can bet I am reading about the newest skincare or healthy recipe. There’s a lot of misconceptions that being healthy takes a lot of time and money. I am here to show you that that is not the case. My game day healthy recipe is quick, easy and good for you. Your house guests will never know they are secretly fueling their bodies as they gobble up these protein packed bite size treats by Dr. Mona Vand and her blog Hot and Healthy.

AND the best part is there is no baking! I know you’re like me and don’t have all day to be in the kitchen. So let’s whip these up, then throw them in the fridge while we get ready for the game!

  • 1 cup Gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Almond Butter
  • To taste Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein
  • Almond Milk

  • 1 cup Gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Almond Butter
  • To taste Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein
  • Almond Milk

Instructions
  1. First, you’ll take 1 cup gluten-free oats add them to a large bowl
  2. Next, add in 1/4 cup chia seed to the oats
  3. Then scoop 1/2 cup unsalted almond butter and add it to the mixture
  4. Add Cinnamon to taste
  5. Pour 1/2 cup of maple syrup to the other ingredients
  6. Last step before adding in the almond milk, add in 1 scoop of your protein powder
  7. Mix all ingredients together except the almond milk
  8. Once all of your ingredients mixed, then add in the Almond Milk slowly pouring and mixing at once. Eyeball the pour until it is a sticky consistency
  9. Roll the mixture into balls
  10. Place on a pan, put in the fridge and VOILA
